während meiner Recherchen über ALS bin ich auf die spannenden Peroxisomen-Induktoren GLITAZONE gestossen, welche in breitem Umfang Verwendung in der Diabetes-Therapie finden. PIOGLITAZONE konnte Nitrostress sehr deutlich vermindern und damit auch die NEURODEGENERATION im ALS-Maus-Model verlangsamen, sowie alle Kriterien der Neuro-Inflammation reduzieren:
