Patients suffering from pudendal neuralgia endure unimaginable pain. It is truly heartbreaking to see what they have to go through.
Some of the treatments performed for these patients are extremely radical and, unfortunately, often still fail to provide meaningful relief.

My Third Visit to Cyprus in 2024: A Patient After Sacral Plexus Surgery
I clearly remember a patient I met in Cyprus during one of my training sessions with Petros. She had come because of unbearable hip and genital pain.
One year earlier, she had travelled to Switzerland to undergo sacral plexus surgery performed by a highly specialized surgeon. Petros told me that he had met five patients who had undergone this operation—and not a single one had experienced any improvement.
The desperation of both the patients and the surgeons must be enormous when they are willing to pursue even the smallest chance of finding or providing relief.
