PNP is a condition that we all struggle with intensely. So far, apart from Gabapentin and Pregabalin, there’s basically nothing that really helps.
We integrative medicine doctors, of course, also administer alpha-lipoic acid, B vitamins, circulation-promoting agents, and so on and so forth – all with moderate or little effect. If we achieve a 30% improvement over the course of a year, that’s already quite good, I think.
Lately we are also doing SOZO-Neuromodulation, here we have the problem that the devices used for home therapy are so expensive that patients usually don’t go for them.
all the more remarkable was today’s experience with Florian Schöning
Florian was guesting at Tobias’s practice to learn about his ingenious urine test in practice.
Urine function diagnostics course with Tobias Eisenkolb was great
Yesterday we had a miraculous improvement in spinal stenosis
I even did it myself (after training by Florian):
Patient severely limited walking ability and constant pain for 5 years in the lumbar region due to a spinal stenosis L1-L5.
The neurosurgeons offered him a 5-segment laminectomy with stabilization, which the patient declined.
Actually, he came for something else, but to try perineural infiltration as potential help for painful blockage in stenosis – that had to be done, because no one can imagine that something like this could help!
Of course, I had to try it immediately: with 3 x 1ml perineural infiltration, the patient could finally reach down to the floor and rotate in the lumbar spine area almost normally (about 45°) instead of about 15° and pain-free.
maximal rotation in the trunk / LWS before perineural infiltration, was painful at end range, movement of about 15°![]() |
rotation in the trunk after the perineural infiltration, pain-free at end range, rotation of 45-60°.![]() |
bending forward before perineural infiltration, painful.![]() |
bending forward after perineural infiltration – pain-free.![]() |
now to the polyneuropathy case
since 2022, after untreated Lyme disease, she suffers from PNP – so severe that she could no longer sleep and was hospitalized. Arms – hands – legs – feet.
Florian Schöning infiltrates (completely pain-free) the affected nerves perineurally, and to our great astonishment, the complaints have improved significantly.
This improvement usually persists (except in severe pathomorphological conditions like arthroses …)

Subsequently, Florian was not yet satisfied with the outcome and performed a perineural midbrain treatment (via slow application to the sphenopalatine ganglion)
At the end of the entire procedure, Mrs. Lisa was completely complaint-free in her arms, and the rest was improved by 70%. We all could not belief our eyes !!!
This is the first time I have seen such a quick and drastic effect.
We’ll see how long this effect lasts; Florian says that the improvements are largely “irreversible,” so they persist.
Even though I can’t demonstrate long-term effects in PNP right now, the short-term effect is so impressive for me, an “old guy” who has seen it all, that I want to share it with my colleagues. Florian will surely offer another course on perineural infiltration soon, probably also in Vienna – I’ll send out an announcement beforehand.
We would, of course, support this with neuromodulation over many months – presumably also successfully – but that wouldn’t go nearly as quickly!
Florian has already demonstrated this treatment technique to us earlier
In this linked article, I have described this therapy form in detail. Florian Schöning is a specialist in it and teaches it in courses as well.

my “miracle veterinarian” Dr. Xaver Sterrer ….
he is always the “last resort” for sport horses, when conventional medicine no longer gets anywhere.
Just now, Xaver told me on the phone that he also uses this treatment on horses, ever since we casually learned it from Florian during our training in frequency-specific microcurrent according to Carroll McMakin that is another speciality of Florian Schoening
Xaver has been performing this application ever since, and it is one of his most effective horse therapies he claims.
