Dr. Adel Rayess

Dr. Adel Rayess was a speaker at IGMEDT in Vienna in 2025 and inspired his colleagues. Afterwards, there were numerous requests for training in his methodology.

The physician and osteopath Dr. Adel Rayess from Beirut, Lebanon, is known for his groundbreaking successes and is the most well-known physician in the Arab world. His extraordinary follower numbers for a doctor do not come from advertising or regular TV appearances, but purely from patient cases.

Background

Dr. Rayess worked in a mortuary as a student, which allowed him to fill the osteopathic concept of the “Primary Lesion” with solid anatomical foundations.

The “Primary Lesion” refers to the original, fundamental trauma that impairs the structural integrity of the body and triggers the pain chain.

Dr. Rayess has identified actual anatomical changes and developed ways to diagnose them rapidly and precisely; he therefore refers to this as “Primary Fixation”. This primary fixation is not the site where pain is felt, but the location where the dysfunction originates. This is also the reason why “treat-where-it-hurts” approaches do not lead to lasting success.

Dr. Rayess can see a maximum of 80 patients per day, yet receives many times that number of requests from his own region alone. He now wishes to share his insights through training courses.

Florian Schöning

Florian is not only a physiotherapist, naturopath, and Master of Science, but has also undergone many years of training with U.S. neurological professional societies. He is the only EU-certified FSM trainer and a trainer for perineural infiltrations, making him one of the most comprehensive pain therapists in Germany.

Florian is legendary among colleagues due to his inexhaustible neurological knowledge, with which he seems to work magic and can simply “switch off” patients’ complaints.

In addition, he brought the almost magically effective perineural infiltration to Europe, further developed it into NeurNJect, and is currently the only trainer for this method.

I can confirm that this has not evolved my practice, but revolutionized it.
