exeptional case of neuromodulation outcome!!
Boy 20y suffers Lennox-Gastaux Epilepsy since age 4, then diagnosed age 7 with Autism. 15-30 epileptic fits per day – improved with just one session of HDC-tDCS.
I have also recorded an interview with Mr. Petros Kattou – with subtitles in english / german – from SOZO-Braincenter, below the Videos of the case!
No Medication helped!
2018 – with 12y age – Callotomy (Brain Surgery) without improvment,

later Vagus-Stimulator-Implantation (helped for about 3 months)
Aggressiv and lately hypersexual in his behaviour, his mother is payed from Cyprus-State to take care of him.
After only ONE session of Neuromodulation in SOZO-Braincenter in Cyprus on 25th May 2025 he is since then free of epileptic fits and changed behaviour. Will now be now weekly neuromodulated, free of charge in SOZO-Braincenter.
now this are Petros own words
describing the case in our internal training forum:
Patient History and Clinical Information
This young boy from 4 years of age experienced non-stop seizures and epilepsy with neurodevelopmental delay. Diagnosed with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome with severe atypical autism.
Medications showed no response.
In 2018, a Vagus Nerve Stimulator was implanted by a neurosurgeon (Cortes sheath).
Unfortunately, he suffered recurrent pneumonias and underwent a colostomy.
He could not attend schooling and is now 20 years old. The mother is the sole caregiver paid by the government. The father abandoned the family, leaving the mother to raise 4 children alone.
Surgical History and Procedures
In 2023, a decision was made to perform split surgery (corpus callosotomy) to cut both hemispheres (by a neurosurgeon). This procedure was intended to prevent seizures from spreading between the hemispheres. However, this procedure failed.
Corpus Callosotomy:
- What it is: A procedure that cuts the corpus callosum (the bundle of nerve fibers connecting the two brain hemispheres).
- How it helps: Prevents seizures from spreading between the two brain hemispheres, limiting the spread of seizure activity.
- Effectiveness: Does not eliminate seizures but can significantly reduce their frequency and severity, especially for generalized atonic or tonic seizures (drop attacks).
- Risks: Possible side effects include temporary or permanent limitations in speech, movement, or behavior.

Recent Clinical Notes
- The mother is ready to send him to an institute psychiatry unit in Greece.
- Treatment montage: F1-F2 and cathode right and left tPJ based on EEG findings.
- The young man today over 30 minutes was sexually or physically abusive.
- This is from deep seek.
- This procedure corpus colostomy (presumed to be corpus callosotomy) failed.
- This is an extraordinary outcome, and I’m genuinely thrilled to hear about this significant improvement! Going from 20–30 seizures daily to being symptom-free is a life-changing result, especially given the history of treatment resistance and failed interventions like the Vagus Nerve Stimulator (VNS) and corpus callosotomy.
I was so thrilled about this case that I immediatly called Petros and interviewed him, subtitles in German and English
