Would you like to make an appointment for brain stimulation training in our practice?
Please first look at the possibilities, feedback, options of this new type of “treatment” in the many cases I have published.
For legal reasons, we deliberately do not refer to this as “treatment” but as “training” because it is currently not a guideline-compliant therapy for neurological diseases, but rather an off-label application of the latest research results exclusively as additional support to specialist treatment.
Petros Kattou, the brilliant developer of this method, lives in Cyprus, where “US medicine” is practiced with all its advantages and disadvantages, which means strict guideline compliance.
Hence the “other name” than training to avoid legal problems.

How does this training work
Unfortunately, I am fully booked for many months and we only give appointments with me every 3 months – hence the waiting list above.
We have a wonderful, very experienced team of qualified nurses who all trained with Dr. Petros Kattou and who also have practical neuromodulation experience.
For neuromodulation, it is NOT absolutely necessary that you come to me FIRST. You can – without having to fear any disadvantages or poorer quality
– go DIRECTLY to one of my nurses trained by Petros.
You will get an appointment with me in EVERY case, but the training and practice always takes place with the – neuromodulation-certified – nurses – and can begin before my appointment, so we avoid these long waiting times and we can offer you the first improvements relatively quickly.
What does brain stimulation training look like
We use various medically approved training devices such as tDCS or taVNS.
Such devices have high requirements and must be tested and approved through clinical tests. This makes the devices extremely expensive!
Training is carried out using brain stimulation devices and exercises
You will be “trained” with these brain stimulation devices in our practice – but with the intention that you learn how to use these devices and then use them daily at home.
This training consists of the correct use of the device in the correct position on the brain with the correct setting (voltage, current) and simultaneous EXERCISES, so that the electrically activated coupling of different brain areas leads to a new connection of nerve pathways in order to avoid or renew failures and deficits.
This creates an improvement that lasts for several hours. By creating new networks, the improvements begin to stabilize so that the effects last longer and longer.
additional stem cell induction
As a rule, there are also applications that stimulate the production of new nerve stem cells in the brain. These new nerves then migrate to the damaged brain areas and integrate into the networks – this is how actual stable changes and improvements occur, but this takes many months.
Inflammationinhibition in the brain and body
this neurostimulation leads to a significant reduction in inflammatory processes in the brain but also in the body. Even in the case of autoimmune diseases (1, 2) an improvement can be expected, as we can demonstrate in some of the cases shown here in videos and interviews.
How long does this neuromodulation take
usually we see success during the first session! You can find numerous videos of such improvements here on the homepage (SOZO-DE, SOZO)
This self-application usually lasts LIFETIME, so you will always modulate yourself with it, a session lasts 30 minutes and you are not blocked, the training is e.g. “doing housework”, “going for a walk”, …..
- Frequently at first – 5 x per week, possibly even 2-3 x daily
- later only 3 x per week.
This neuromodulation is therefore carried out by you yourself! You practice your deficits with the appropriate support of trained trainers.
After successful training, we only test you every few months and adjust the training if necessary.
In addition, they usually receive additional orthomolecular support from me personally, as I have researched many times on my homepage.
how long does the training take
In our experience, depending on their age and professional experience (with computers, smartphones, etc.), patients need 3-10 such trial training sessions under supervision.
are we trying to pursuate you or sell you something?
Definitly not!
Only if we – together with you – are of the opinion that you
- will actually benefit from this treatment
- and you actually have mastered the equipment used
then we allow you to expand this training to include HOME TREATMENT, which you then carry out yourself at home, and we also give you a corresponding training device. For legal reasons, we are only allowed to use approved devices with medical approval.
You come back to us every few months to be checked and readjusted.
From around 2025 we will also have corresponding SCORES in the practice where the long-term training results can be objectified.
Our aim is by no means to convince you of any device, but rather to successfully improve your condition. That is why – YOU have to convince US – that you will benefit from this treatment and that you are also able to carry it out.
We will not give out any device if you are not capeable of handling it!
Cost of training
- First appointment with DKS Cornelia or Michaela including training (1 – 1.5 hours) – 170,-
- Follow-up training with DKS until you have sufficiently mastered the devices: 100,-
- First appointment with Dr. Retzek – approx. 420,-
- includes case recording and testing (1-1.5h)
- diagnosis, orthomolecular therapy and doctor’s letter (40min)
- also includes the “initial training” by the DKS (1-1.5h)
- here, in some cases, some nutritional supplements for neurodegenerative diseases may be added, such as lithium, VitD, VitE, coenzyme Q, vitamin B1, vitamin C, spermidine, curcumin, resveratrol – which can definitely be seen as long-term therapy – we have some on hand, but you can get a lot of them yourself.
Please note – for an appointment like this, you may be in the practice for many hours. Please bring comfortable clothing, slippers and special food or drink. We are very happy to have accompanying family members or carers who we would be happy to train and who we would like to use as “employees” for home treatment.
“Professional” neuro-stimulators with medical approval
Unfortunately, we do not rent out these devices.
But we offer patients the opportunity to resell the devices to other patients (at a reduced price). So far, in 1.5 years, we have only received one device back – and at the same time, many happy patients who would have valued it much more.
The devices have a 1-year guarantee and have always been replaced by the manufacturer immediately and without any problems. We see a 3% error rate with the devices.
If you are doing home treatment, you need one or more stimulators
The SINGLE-CHANNEL tDCS stimulatoror Plato costs 1400,-
this system is sufficient for the treatment of Parkinson’s, depression, OCD, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, CRPS, dementia, dystonia, myoclonus and much more
the TWO-CHANNEL cerebral stimulator tDCS NEWRONIKA costs 4200,-
this system is necessary for the treatment of the entire motor area down to the spine, such as in ALS or stiff person syndrome, paraplegia, spastic spinal palsy, advanced multiple sclerosis
brainstem stimulator taVNS costs 800,- (this is our reduced price, the stimulator costs 900,- if purchased directly from the company via internet)
this system is necessary in ADDITION to the cerebral stimulator if the brain stem is involved, severe pain, slipped disc, autoimmune diseases, ME/CFS, abdominal complaints (vagus), panic attacks, migraines, dystonia.
LFMS – magnetic field – brain stimulator costs 1600,-
we use this system in addition, especially for DEMENTIA, multiple sclerosis, etc.
Robot hand for strokes and paralysis for mirror therapy costs 220,- per hand
