2 FBSS = failed back surgery syndrome after 2 x operations
Military officer with 2 spinal operations in the lumbar region.
The second operation also failed, unfortunately the operation was performed at the wrong level instead of at the L4/L5 L5/S1 level.
- Patient had constant radiculopathy on the left (radiating pain in the left leg)
