Multiple Sclerosis since 1995 – sitting since 4y in wheelchair – in April 2026 in Nicosia with Petros – now Update July 2026 during a Doctors-Training in Munich.
Case-History
A businessman and CEO of one of the largest luxury 5-star hotel groups had been living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) since 1995.
Despite having access to some of the world’s leading neurologists, hospitals, and disease-modifying therapies across Canada, the USA, and Germany, his disease progressed from Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS) to Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (SPMS).
Following COVID-19 vaccination, his condition continued to worsen, although the exact cause of progression cannot be determined from a single case.
By April 2026, when he first attended SOZO Brain Center, he had been wheelchair-bound for four years and suffered from:
- Severe mobility impairment

- Resolution of severe neuropathic low back pain
- improved bladder function with the ability to voluntarily hold urine for approximately 20 minutes
- Greater independence and improved quality of life
