Dr. Adel Rayess, the most renowned doctor of the Arabic-speaking world, recently featured me as a physician who goes beyond chemotherapy and radiation in cancer treatment.

This was not planned and not initiated by me, and the overwhelming response to Dr. Rayess recommendation took me by surprise.

I was unprepared to handle the many phone-calls of international patients seeking guidance. Dr. Rayess took the video down after some hours but it went viral.

using repurposed drugs for cancer since about 2016

While I fully support conventional medical treatments, I have consistently sought additional supportive measures to enhance both the outcomes and tolerability of these standard therapies. Over the past 30 years, I have done more than 300 trainings covering nearly every aspect of comprehensive medical perception and treatment abilities.

Thus we are using already since 2016 parasite-medications, since we learned this approach from Dr. Simon Yu, St. Louis / USA whose training we attended over 12 times.
Dr. Yu has tremendous success in many areas but especially also in cancer cases. We always thought it is due to immun-compromise due to parasites.

Since 2022 we use this drugs as multikinase-inhibitors or multifacette-treatment options also if we cannot confirm parasites and see sometimes amazing improvements.

We cannot cure all patients but using this off-label repurposed drugs obviously seem to improve the outcome, this is what we find in our clinic.

The international cases that are now brought forward to me are mostly serious and advanced and mostly long pretreated and I understand this “surprise” now as an obligation and a necessity to offer this window of hope.

Started support via Internet / email

My traditional Middle-European medical practice model—spending 3–5 hours per patient, crafting in-depth treatment plans, and providing extensive personal teaching and explanation — this is not scalable for an international demand.

Without the help of AI it would not be possible to take on any case from foreign countries, as I am already fully booked here in Austria.

To meet this need, I develope now since February 2025 a web-based cancer support system that:

• Analyze hospital reports also in foreign language (using AI)
• Provide a structured treatment plan with well-established medications, especially
  • using several Anti-Parasite-based multikinase inhibitors as well as other off-label repurposed drugs that improve the course of this diseases.
• Recommend evidence-based supplements to support therapy
• Advise on dental health & nutrition as key factors in treatment success
• Include a medical questionnaire for deeper insights

Consultation Fees

I get payed by my time used. Please be aware that as a Doctor I have high legal prerequesits and documentation duties, there is no way just “only one minute”.

Everything I say I have to document and validate (by doing corresponding Pubmed-Research). Just because the client is far far away I will not change of dealing “sloppily”.

Fees depend on the complexity and time required for your case.

We Austrians are honest and trustworthy, by no means you are “ripped off” just because you are in a desperate situation!

I have been practicing in this field for over 30 years, and my schedule is fully booked with clients who all urgently require my services. While I do not actively seek additional clients, I am committed to addressing this demand to the best of my ability.

My hourly rate for international patients is about €300, reflecting the in-depth analysis and legally required documentation. Please do not pay ahead, you will get a bill depending on my time, the prices are just showcases.

what fees can you expect

• If you just want a simple Answer “is it worth it” – you get charged € 100,- – I cannot / willnot answer without any “datas” (Hospital reports, recent lab values ….)
• A simple Medication plan without prescription – without looking in depth at the present hospital reports and medications / chemotherapy will cost about €300-400,- depending on my time used.
• A more advanced study of the present status including prescription of a range of off-label repurposed anticancer remedies – together with a plan of mostly necessary supplements as shown above – takes at present 3-4 Hours – I charged the first couple of plans only 2 hours = € 600,-
  the most expensive plan yet was 4.5h 26 pages and I charged 850,-  – just that you have an idea’
• Email-Follow-Up-Questions are of course possible, short questions I usually do not charge anything, but if I have to open files, read me in or do some research I bill my time
• Because it is for me rather time consuming compared to just “email-paper-work” I charge for a ZOOM-Call Face2Face 15min 500,- – because it takes me at least another 45 minutes to document and report back.
• Phone Calls are time consuming in documentation and language barriers and afterward documentation and backreporting, so I do not like them and do not take them up.
• SMS are neither answered or read, only Whatsapp or emaills to  xxxxxxxxxx   – Whatsapp get only answered by referring to this page here.
• at present it is simply not possible to take patients live in my clinic as we are overly booked already. Maybe in future we will keep a time slot open where we also can look at a patient live – but this usually takes 4-6h because “only one question” = “one hour of explanation”.
• I try to fulfill all applications – but I am doing this project now for 3 weekends and could not do more than 3 cases per day as to prepare all texts and do the extensive look at the files just takes this time, I am amazed myself how fast time runs! During the week I am still booked out in my own praxis for months. We plan to do more international and less local people.

• it will get definitly faster as more cases I have done this way – so I have then more text-blocks – and as more feedback of the drug availability situation in the various countries I get.
• So far it seems to be difficult to get the parasite-medications in Lebanon and Tunis – so s.o. living in EU who could get the medications prescribed from my pharmacy in Austria and forward it to your country is very helpful. Maybe one of the readers her can organize such a transfer?

Work in Progress – Your Patience is Appreciated

This surge in international interest was unexpected. While I have long envisioned a more efficient and accessible cancer support system as this tedious teaching what to do over many hours that I am doing now,  its development must fit around my fully booked clinic schedule—meaning progress will take time.

I am actively working, often late at night and on weekends, to build a structured, scalable system. I understand that cancer doesn’t wait, and I sincerely apologize for any delays.

Dr. William Makis – who is doing comparable work using such off-label medications is more public about his results and is constantly persecuted by police, the physicians-college who want to pull his licence ….. – he expieriences also direct threats against his entire family ….. –> see this video-interview.

the Instagram of Dr Adel Rayess was taken down by him after a couple hours but went viral, I cannot take it down. I didn’t wish to become so “prominently” known as a cancer-doctor.

What I CANNOT Provide

• Daily ongoing support – While we care, time constraints prevent continuous Q&A support is simply too much.
• Prescription coverage in your country – We can recommend treatments, but local prescriptions must be arranged by you or your physician. Usually my physicians-prescriptions are valid on other countries but as far as I know no country yet covers the costs of “off-label” parasite-medications. As far as I see it is often necessary to buy the medications within the EU and import it into your country yourself.

Finally some personal remarks

• I respectfully request that all communications remain professional. I do not accept indecent language, persistent demands, or repeated phone calls that imply I owe a favor or that I should alter my personal approach. While I recognize cultural differences between Arabic and European contexts, I am not compelled to change my way of expressing, talking, care-ing or whatever Arabic-based patients seem to expect from “a doctor”.
  • Want-to-be patients that tell me “how I actually should be” are delisted right away, this is something very new – in > 30 years of practizing as doctor in Austria I have not encountered such demands.
