bulbar Amyotrophic Lateralsklerosis – and huge Stroke – 2 new cases today

-

Petros calls me from Cyprus to tell me his news (25,000 inquiries per month via email at the SOZO Brain Center, setting up there an International Department for foreign patients, India/Thailand/Cambodia are desperate for him to train them)

“… And what astonishing results have you brought home today? … “ he asks me

OK, Petros, how about a major stroke?

OK, Petros, how about a HUGE right parieto-temporal stroke. We were already able to help him tremendously with tDCS neuromodulation (HDC-Stim), but yesterday we did TPS and after that: the first walking test:

TPS improves ability to walk normally

The demanding LINE gait (toe-heel walking) suddenly worked again! His gait has completely returned to normal! We’ve already “managed” speaking with tDCS, but yesterday was another milestone: after Kurt was so overwhelmed, we all cried and hugged each other—after all, we know each other so well because he’s been to us for tDCS many times. Unfortunately, I didn’t click the record button during this highly emotional video.

So this is the video from today, after the second TPS-Treatment

here you see the stroke (about 1 year ago)

Neglect of the left hand and sensory perception have returned

After our treatment today, Kurt still has no feeling in his left hand and fingers. So I’m taking him back to the TPS, and we’re performing a special treatment on the area of his hand and fingers on the brain.

The feeling in his hand and the first two phalanges is returning (–> look at the video). Only the fingertips are still numb – we’ll do that next time.

Then he shows us that spatial perception has returned for his left arm and hand – great!

Similar Improvement last week on a STROKE from 2016

By the way, last week I treated a stroke patient with TPS. She had a major cerebral hemorrhage in 2016 and has since suffered spastic paralysis of her right leg. After the treatment, she walked almost normally—like Kurt now. Unfortunately, I didn’t film it because it was just a “short test.”

Case 2 Bulbar Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis – immediately improved with tDCS

for 3 years – very slow-progressing bulbar amyotrophic lateral sclerosis – appeared promptly after the third injection – comes with two crutches, speech difficult to understand.

After 30 minutes of HDC-Stim bi-anodal neuromodulation:

  • walks smoothly without crutches,
  • only takes half the steps to turn around
  • can stay on his feet much longer
  • can speak with significantly more modulation
