I had held back until now because we wanted to wait for long-term results.
As you can see in the videos below, there are real, noticeable improvements in autism with neuromodulation.
Autism appears to be improvable with TPS
Petros Kattou has reported truly remarkable improvements in autism and similarly severe conditions in his centers in Cyprus using TPS (transcranial low-energy pulsed ultrasound therapy).
Why does it work? TPS induces the expression of stem cells in the brain. And when – like Petros – you know exactly which areas of the brain to “regenerate”, suddenly consciousness starts to return!
Pulse wave is precisely focused and can be targeted in the brain with 1mm accuracy

Patient’s own MRI scans as targeting templates
TPS allows precise 3D-guided treatment of affected brain regions—up to 8 cm deep. Petros uses it to treat the brainstem, medulla, basal ganglia, cerebellum, and more.
Precise targeting
Using a bifocal camera, both the patient’s head and the pulse wave applicator are precisely triangulated and visualized, achieving a targeting accuracy of 1 mm (with individual MRI guidance).
Note
The TPS therapy will soon be available in SOZO Brain Centers worldwide. We in Vöcklabruck will be the first outside Cyprus to receive a TPS device (next week).
The therapy is not inexpensive: €1,000 per session. 6–8 sessions are typically required for dementia or autism.
In Vöcklabruck we offer special prices for autism. We are currently looking for sponsors who can help cover therapy costs for autistic children. If you are able to support this initiative, please contact our clinic—thank you sincerely!
Some videos from Cyprus showing true “miracles”
Landau-Kleffner – “violent autism” before TPS therapy
A completely healthy boy – suddenly turned “rabid” at age 9: lost speech, lost normal awareness, screamed day and night for over a year, scratched, bit, destroyed everything, had to be restrained, bit off four of his own fingers, responded only violently → a special form of genetic autism.
To me, this resembles a classic case of rabies (!!)
In this video—prior to the 4th TPS session—you can still catch glimpses of the trauma endured by the family, as he briefly switches into aggression mode.
At the first session, he had to be restrained by five adults and fixed to the treatment chair using heavy tape.
Landau-Kleffner during TPS therapy
Here you see that from the second session onward, he accepts the therapy voluntarily—and how the treatment is administered.
Landau-Kleffner after the 4th TPS session – affectionate again
After four years, the grandfather is finally able to hug his grandson again. The boy had been so violent that he once bit out a chunk of flesh from the grandfather’s shoulder!
Landau-Kleffner boy begins speaking again after 6th therapy
Unbelievable! This boy who once bit off his own fingers and screamed for a year without sleep is now speaking again!
The boy is now back in school! I filmed these videos myself in Cyprus in March. The therapy started in February, and by June he was attending school again (with assistance). He had been in this “rabid state” for over five years!
USA: Autistic child shows noticeable improvement with neuromodulation
A case from the USA, from the practice of neuromodulation specialists Thomas and Stephanie Chaney in Maryland. They used tDCS neuromodulation—though it’s not tolerated by every child due to the device’s head placement.
Note: tDCS devices are significantly more affordable than TPS. The Newronika costs between €2,600–4,000 (depending on provider) and the Plato between €1,200–2,000. These devices are suitable for home treatment and can be used long-term.
Thom and Steph, like myself, are well known and fully booked. Thomas has even authored books. They joined Petros’s first course in August last year—now they’ve completed five and are transitioning most of their practice to neuromodulation, having never seen results like these before!
Autism therapy with SOZO Neuromodulation
The most effective approach combines TPS and tDCS:
6 TPS sessions, followed by the start of home-based tDCS therapy. These treatments are available at all SOZO Brain Centers worldwide.
TPS treatment is painless and well-tolerated, often better tolerated than tDCS, as autistic children tend to dislike having (tDCS) devices placed on their heads.
- Note: TPS for autism is still an off-label therapy, officially approved only for dementia. Petros is currently conducting studies.
- tDCS, on the other hand, has reached EBM Level 2 for autism, with over 11,000 studies and multiple review articles supporting its efficacy (e.g. here).

Second TPS showcase – severe PANS/PANDAS syndrome
In the following article, meet a young man with PANS/PANDAS who had been non-responsive and a care-dependent case for 7 years following autoimmune inflammation of the diencephalon.
After just three TPS treatments, he now drives car himself, is communicative again, and is preparing to resume his studies next semester.
