ACE2 Autoantibodies after Covid Infection – Alpha-Gal Meat-Allergy Solution

-

In this article I show pubmed research for treatments against autoimmune disease, because my mom has high Anti-ACE2-Autoantibodies from Covid and is rather strongly affected.

I find Losartan, LDN, Brain-Stimulation (tDCS) and Brainstem-Stimulation (taVNS) as possible helpful means and find a working solution via auricular acupuncture for a weird disease named ALPHA-GAL where people cannot tolerate meat anyl longer.

Maybe this very simple and seemingly effective “Allergy Treatment” – which is also some kind of Autoimmune-Disease can help my Mom and other People suffering of Autoimmune – Diseases.

Autoimmunity is the pest of our time

we get more and more “ancient known” disease like Parkinson or Alzheimers or Multiple Sklerosis, Joint-Pain, Fibromyalgia, Glomerolonephritis and many Heart diseases slowly known as also being Autoimmune-triggered.

My gut feeling tells me that in 5-10y nearly every degenerative disease has only 2 factors that promote them: Autoimmunity and Senescence.

About latter  – the Senescence – I have done wide research and published a series of articles (not in english yet available, but here are the Google-translator-Links)

what to do when Autoimmunity is present

gladly I am a physician and can apply Cortisons as well as Immune-suppressiv agents like Methotrexat (MTX) and nowadays biologicals like Antibodies against various autoimmune- or inflammatory cytokines like TNF-Alpha, IL-17, IL-2, ……

Problem is that all that is no cure but just suppression of the still smoldering autoimmune-process having the price of severe side effects probably leading on the longer run to other immune dysfunctional follow-up diseases.

In my now > 30y medical practice I am most positiv to MTX-treatment, as this has really low side effects, I cannot see any cancer rise in such long-time users and we physicians are using that now over 30y with rather good result for PCP (rheumatoid arthritis). Biologicals are in my clients only tolerated in 1 out of 4 patients, they all stop it due to side effects, same for cortison.

The only other “alternativ” protocols I have found yet the definitly improve autoimmunity are

  • Coimbra-Ultra-High-Dose VitD – Protocoll that ameliorates Autoimmune-Disease residing on blocked VDR (Vitamin D Receptors) leading to a TH17 Autoimmunity where perverted Immune-System produces instead TH1 or TH2 – TCells the TH17 Variant that spits out IL-17 that triggers the attack of Immune-Cells on the body itself.
  • Low-Dose-Naltrexone – that improves Enkephaline-Levels and Endorphine Levels that seem to be major regulatory hormones also for the Immune system

both of these substances are extremely cheap and not patentable which prevents them from being widely systematically researched due to lack of resources.

Neuromodulation could be an easy and cheap measure as well

Having done extensive Training now with DO Petros Kattou in Cyprus regarding neuromodulation we have more and more hints that by Brain- and Brainstem-Stimulation we also can improve the pressure of the autoimmune response as these patients get definitly improvement and sometimes even cures.

I am not that long part of the small neuromodulating community – but from the Patients of Petros we have to infer that it works by ameliorating the pressure of inflammatory and autoimmune triggering cytokines if we improve or inhibit certain brain-areas as well as improving Parasympathikus.

As Neuromodulation also cannot produce the neccessary financial output to secure enough research funds it will also stay a “minority” program I guess.

Anyways – it affects my mother, so I will use every means available, even it they are not in the guidelines.

My Moms Problems

right after the second vaccination: severe circulation weakness: low blood pressure, heart runs, sweeting all over among slightest exertion, complete weekness, lots of pain in various regions, extreme sensitivity to draught, wind, heat, cold.

After second vaccination 2021 she hardly could exit her bed,

now this year was quite good again for about one year than was infected minorly and is now back into her weak state

typically for all autoimmune diseases where every infection (–> triggers immune response) lead to an increase of symptoms of the immune-system because the autoimmunity is also increased.

We found now that my Mom has increased levels of ACE2-Autoantibodies, very typical for Post-Covid and Post-Vac Patients.

ACE2 is a receptor that controls Blood pressure but obviously much more! Autoantibodies would mess that systems up!

Searching for some resolution for this problem I was overwhelmed by the amount of studies and could not get a “Quick Fix” out of the pubmed.

This will take a several days lasting research in the pubmed, reading up hundreds of studies – no time for that now!

So I initiated a chat with Googles-Gemini which is not so pharma-restricted as ChatGPT. The outcome is AI-typically vage but still helps saving time

can you present me an overview of the effects of ACE2 Autoantibodies and at least 10 disease where they are present and where they do what

ACE2 Autoantibodies: An Overview

Overview about ACE2 Autoantibodiese

ACE2 (Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme 2) is a protein found on the surface of various cells, including those in the lungs, heart, kidneys, and intestines. It plays a crucial role in regulating blood pressure and inflammation. When the body produces autoantibodies against ACE2, it can disrupt these functions and lead to a variety of diseases.

Effects of ACE2 Autoantibodies

  • Interference with ACE2 function: ACE2 autoantibodies can bind to ACE2, preventing it from performing its normal functions. This can lead to imbalances in the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS), which regulates blood pressure and fluid balance.
  • Inflammation: ACE2 autoantibodies can trigger an inflammatory response, leading to tissue damage and organ dysfunction.
  • Increased risk of infection: ACE2 is also the entry point for some viruses, including SARS-CoV-2. Autoantibodies against ACE2 may interfere with the body’s ability to fight off these infections.

Diseases Associated with ACE2 Autoantibodies

  1. COVID-19: ACE2 is the primary receptor used by SARS-CoV-2 to enter cells. Autoantibodies against ACE2 have been found in some COVID-19 patients, and their presence may be associated with more severe disease.
  2. Parkinson’s disease: Studies have suggested a link between ACE2 autoantibodies and Parkinson’s disease. These antibodies may contribute to the neuroinflammation and cell death seen in this condition.
  3. Heart failure: ACE2 plays a protective role in the heart. Autoantibodies against ACE2 may contribute to heart failure by impairing cardiac function.
  4. Kidney disease: ACE2 is involved in regulating kidney function. Autoantibodies against ACE2 may contribute to kidney damage and disease.
  5. Diabetes: ACE2 has been implicated in the regulation of glucose metabolism. Autoantibodies against ACE2 may contribute to the development or progression of diabetes.
  6. Hypertension: ACE2 helps to regulate blood pressure. Autoantibodies against ACE2 may contribute to hypertension by disrupting the RAAS system.
  7. Stroke: ACE2 plays a role in protecting the brain from damage. Autoantibodies against ACE2 may increase the risk of stroke.
  8. Lung diseases: ACE2 is found in the lungs and plays a role in lung function. Autoantibodies against ACE2 may contribute to lung diseases such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
  9. Autoimmune diseases: ACE2 autoantibodies may be involved in some autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis.
  10. Other conditions: ACE2 autoantibodies may be implicated in other conditions, such as gastrointestinal disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and cancer.

It’s important to note that while ACE2 autoantibodies have been implicated in these diseases, more research is needed to fully understand their role and develop effective treatments.

thx Gemini to remind me of the obvious

Could LOSARTAN be of help?

Now I have remembered that I found Losartan as a specific ACE-Receptor-Blocker (Blood-Pressure Medication) that could improve lung fibrosis and even liver fibrosis back then when I did research for something helping in the Covid-Pnumonia.

Actually I have also done a post finding Losartan improves live-span in ovarian cancer for many months due to its activity on fibrosis.

Blood pressure lowering sartans as cancer adjuvants – 30 month OLT extension for ovarian cancer | F

So I asked Gemini to look into pubmed to find out if losartan could help with the ACE2-Autoantibody-Disease

potential role for Losartan in mitigating ACE2 Autoantibody Effects

A Potential Role for Losartan in Mitigating ACE2 Autoantibody Effects

Losartan is a medication primarily used to treat high blood pressure. It works by blocking the angiotensin II receptor, a component of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS). Given the role of RAAS in regulating blood pressure and inflammation, and the potential involvement of ACE2 autoantibodies (ACE2-AABs) in these processes, there is interest in exploring whether losartan might have beneficial effects in individuals with ACE2-AABs.

Potential Mechanisms of Action

  1. RAAS inhibition: By blocking the angiotensin II receptor, losartan can help to reduce the activation of RAAS, which may be beneficial in conditions where ACE2-AABs are contributing to increased RAAS activity.
  2. Anti-inflammatory effects: Losartan has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties, which could help to mitigate the inflammatory effects of ACE2-AABs.
  3. Protection of ACE2: While more research is needed, it’s possible that losartan might help to protect ACE2 from the damaging effects of ACE2-AABs.

low dose naltrexone is said to be efficient for autoimmune disease, could that mitigate the affects of ACE2-AAB

there are no obvious studies for LDN against ACE-AAB but it helps in many autoimmune disease, especially also ME/CFS = LongCovid which is also autoimmune against ACE2 and many G-Proteins

yes LDN could help it could tells us Gemini

yes – there are several hints telling us that Vagus-Stimulation could improve the outcome of autoimmune disease

Vagus-Stimulation and Autoimmunity

Transcranial Vagal Nerve Stimulation (taVNS) and Autoimmune Diseases: A Promising Approach

Transcranial vagal nerve stimulation (taVNS) is a non-invasive technique that involves stimulating the vagus nerve through the ear. The vagus nerve plays a crucial role in regulating the immune system, making taVNS a potential candidate for treating autoimmune diseases.

Potential Mechanisms

  • Immune system modulation: The vagus nerve is connected to various immune organs, and stimulating it can potentially influence the immune system’s response to inflammation and autoimmune processes.
  • Reduction of inflammation: taVNS has been shown to reduce inflammation in animal models and human studies, which could be beneficial for autoimmune diseases.
  • Regulation of stress response: The vagus nerve is involved in the stress response, and stimulating it may help to reduce stress-related inflammation and immune dysfunction.

Existing Research and Potential Studies

While research on taVNS for autoimmune diseases is still in its early stages, there are some promising findings:

  • Animal models: Studies have shown that taVNS can reduce inflammation and improve symptoms in animal models of autoimmune diseases, such as arthritis and multiple sclerosis.
  • Human studies: Limited human studies have suggested that taVNS may be effective in reducing inflammation and improving symptoms in patients with conditions like rheumatoid arthritis.

ALPHA-GAL – Mysterious Allergy against Meet

I remembered now that I have done research over ALPHA-GAL which is this weird Autoantibody-Disease having Antibodys against a alpha-Galactose-Glycosylation of proteins which is typical for Mammal Proteins. Affected Patients cannot digest Meat and react rather allergic against meat with Stomach Pain, Nausea, Vomiting ….. against meat.

typically induces after tick bite.

When I researched that disease I stumbled over a paper that presents about 30 cases that were completely cured within weeks using a special EAR accupuncture Technique with only one needle.

You see this tiny little needle which is rather long (about 1cm) but extremely thin and being pushed under the scin in the Liver-Zone of Aurikulo-Acupuncute

The Study from Nader Soliman I have linked on this picture, great work!

Now if Auricular Acupuncture (Ear Acupuncture) can resolv within weeks such an immune-disease, maybe we find more studies showing that autoimmune disease could be improved using auricular acupuncture.

I will ask Gemini

can you provide a collection of studies as well as acupuncture points regarding auricular accupuncture for treatment of various autoimmune diseases

Yes - Autoimmune Disease can be improved with Auricular Stimulation

Auricular Acupuncture for Autoimmune Diseases: A Comprehensive Review

Auricular acupuncture is a form of acupuncture that focuses on specific points on the ear. It’s believed to stimulate the body’s self-healing mechanisms and help regulate various physiological functions. While more research is needed, some studies suggest that auricular acupuncture may be beneficial for treating autoimmune diseases.

Studies on Auricular Acupuncture for Autoimmune Diseases

  1. Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA):

    • Study: A randomized controlled trial found that auricular acupuncture combined with conventional RA treatment improved disease activity, pain, and quality of life compared to conventional treatment alone.
    • Acupuncture points: Common points for RA include the kidney, liver, spleen, endocrine, and sympathetic points.
  2. Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE):

    • Study: A pilot study suggested that auricular acupuncture might be effective in reducing disease activity and improving symptoms in SLE patients.
    • Acupuncture points: Points related to the endocrine system, kidney, liver, and spleen are often used.
  3. Multiple Sclerosis (MS):

    • Study: A small-scale study showed that auricular acupuncture may improve fatigue and quality of life in MS patients.
    • Acupuncture points: Points related to the nervous system, endocrine system, and immune system are often targeted.
  4. Psoriasis:

    • Study: A systematic review found that auricular acupuncture may be effective in improving psoriasis symptoms, such as itching and skin lesions.
    • Acupuncture points: Points related to the endocrine system, immune system, and skin are often used.
  5. Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD):

    • Study: A case series suggested that auricular acupuncture might be beneficial in reducing symptoms of IBD, such as abdominal pain and diarrhea.
    • Acupuncture points: Points related to the digestive system, endocrine system, and immune system are often targeted.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list, and more research is needed to fully understand the effectiveness of auricular acupuncture for autoimmune diseases.

Common Auricular Acupuncture Points for Autoimmune Diseases

  • Endocrine point: Located in the upper concha.
  • Kidney point: Located in the antihelix.
  • Liver point: Located in the antihelix.
  • Spleen point: Located in the antihelix.
  • Heart point: Located in the triangular fossa.
  • Lung point: Located in the triangular fossa.
  • Stomach point: Located in the triangular fossa.
  • Intestine point: Located in the triangular fossa.
  • Bladder point: Located in the triangular fossa.
  • Immune system point: Located in the helix.

It’s important to consult with a qualified acupuncturist for a personalized treatment plan. They will assess your specific condition and determine the most appropriate acupuncture points for you.

Now this article here does not provide solution but hints and clues for further research. In any case I will provide my Mom with LDN and a bit of Losartan and with the ALPHA-GAL needle. We will see!
