For over a year, she suffered from terrible dizziness with every head movement. At the time, she had vestibular neuritis. She was in university hospitals and rehabilitation centers, and underwent a lot of treatment.
With one session of neuromodulation, she improved by 95%, the first improvement since the onset of symptoms! No previous treatment had helped!
History
In June 2024, the patient suddenly developed severe dizziness with nausea, vomiting, and balance disturbances. Over time, she was hospitalized several times with a diagnosis of left vestibular neuritis. The symptoms persisted despite two rounds of cortisone therapy and intensive physiotherapy, most recently with psychological support.

Vestibular tests showed persistent hypofunction of the left vestibular organ, but neurological diagnostics revealed no central nervous system lesions or vascular causes. MRI showed microangiopathic changes without acute lesions. Electrophysiology and audiological diagnostics confirmed the peripheral vestibular origin.
Despite multimodal therapy (including rehabilitation, infiltrations, and vestibular training), postural vertigo persisted, particularly with head movement, combined with phobic insecurity and limitations in daily life (need for a walker, inability to manage household chores).
Doing only one Session: two montages of HDC-Stim (bianodic tDCS) and reduced TPS therapy (1000 Hits), the patient returned home symptom-free!
