many immune cells have nACh receptors and their activity is therefore strongly regulated .
These receptors modulate the immune system towards “less activity” which is good for autoimmune diseases or inflammatory diseases
This is bad for cancer though, especially for glioblastomas and melanomas – but there are studies for every type of cancer
